2. Booking Process & Appointment Policy
- Inquiry vs. Confirmation: Submitting the online contact form constitutes a service inquiry, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will verify availability and send a confirmation via email within 24 hours.
- Arrival: Clients are advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service duration or rescheduling to maintain quality for subsequent appointments.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking priority.
3. Pricing, Quotes & Payment
- All service prices are listed as "By Request" because final costs depend on treatment complexity, product selection, add-ons, and session duration.
- A transparent quote will be provided during the pre-appointment consultation or confirmation email.
- Payment is due in full at the time of service completion. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but quoted prices will be honored once an appointment is confirmed.
